Communications Service Providers across the globe are frantically trying to reposition and reinvent themselves in order to remain relevant in the new internet-fueled economy and the digital supply chain that is rapidly evolving to service it. Are they succeeding? Or are they still making the same old moves without realizing that it's an entirely different game? Time will tell, of course, who the winners and losers will be.
